- Work alongside product and supply chain teams to streamline inventory management and reduce inefficiencies.
- Evaluate cost trends and production variances, providing real-time insights to enhance profitability.
- Take charge of financial reporting for inventory valuation, helping to maintain accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead deep-dive financial audits and drive compliance with industry standards.
- Innovate and improve the standard cost system, ensuring pricing and production costs are optimized.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess cost fluctuations and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- A detail-driven financial expert with at least 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- A natural problem-solver with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
