Pay: ~$135,000 base Incentives

What You Get To Do
- Conduct energy audits and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Calculate energy savings and assist with financial justifications
- Collaborate closely with sales and project delivery teams
- Lead project development from pre-sales through commissioning
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior engineers
- Travel occasionally to customer sites
- 10 years of energy engineering experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Architectural Engineering (or HVAC field)
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, BAS controls, and central utility plants
- Familiarity with energy modeling software (Trane 3D Plus, Carrier HAP, etc.)
- PE license and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – no sponsorship available
