Senior Real Estate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate / Leadership
Location : Denver, CO (Meridian Business Park)
Pay : $150,000 - $200,000, plus compelling bonus structure
Schedule : Full-time
Our client is a growing law firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to lead its expanding real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, be licensed to practice in Colorado, and possess strong leadership capabilities. A portable book of business is preferred but not required.
They are looking for you, a seasoned Senior Real Estate Attorney , to provide strategic leadership, handle complex real estate transactions, and drive the growth of the practice.
What you get to do :
- Lead and build a growing real estate practice, mentoring junior attorneys and providing strategic direction.
- Oversee complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (office, warehouse, retail), and title and survey negotiations.
- Handle land use matters, multi / planned-use developments, easement agreements, and secured real estate financing.
- Draft and negotiate covenants, commercial development, and construction agreements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and meet annual billing and business development goals.
