Location: Norcross, GA
Pay: $19-22 per hour (flexible based on experience)

What You Get To Do
- Manage customer requests and inquiries for spare parts
- Prepare and send customer quotes, handle offer requests
- Process orders in ERP, confirm orders, and manage delivery follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics, returns, and address claims related to spare parts
- Work closely with the financial team to manage customer payment terms
- Handle non-conformity issues and resolve customer concerns
- Leverage customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial retail (spare parts preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) and Excel
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Degree preferred but experience will be considered in place of formal education
