What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spare Parts Administrator position at ExecuSource?

Location: Norcross

Pay $20/hr.-$21/hr.

Schedule: 8-5 hybrid after 90 days (3 in-office/2 from home)

Job Title: Spare Parts Administrator/Customer Service

Overview: Our client provides is a global leading producer of equipment and services solutions for packaging in PET, can, glass, and other materials.

Responsibilities

  • Needs basic excel including intermediate VLOOKUP's and pivot tables background.
  • Ability to manage a spreadsheet
  • There will be an excel test administered
  • Will be working with a portfolio of accounts with responsibilities that include checking emails, interacting with clients, keeping up with quotes, and continuous follow-up on orders by clients
  • Must be able to speak Spanish fluently

What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service Experience with Businesses
  • Excel skills
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • 3 years plus
