Sr. HR Generalist - Manufacturing / Warehousing / HRIS
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Pay : $90,000 - $110,000
Schedule : Monday - Friday | On-Site
Our client is a leading provider in the manufacturing and building materials industry, supporting multiple brands across several states. They are currently investing in a strong team to enhance employee experience, compliance, and company culture.
They are looking for you , an experienced Sr. HR Generalist , to step into a direct-hire role and support daily HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement during this critical transition.
What You Get to Do :
- Oversee workers' compensation and 401(k) administration
- Drive training and onboarding initiatives for new employees
- Partner with leadership on compliance & safety programs (OSHA experience required)
- Support company culture and engagement through events and recognition programs
- Provide HR guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with light recruiting for hourly positions as needed
- Ensure HR processes run smoothly during departmental restructuring
