Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 6% bonus

What You Get To Do
- Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assembly
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput
- Support equipment selection, performance optimization, and maintenance
- Analyze defect data and implement solutions to reduce non-value-added operations
- Collaborate with production teams to improve assembly tools, automation, and product flow
- Provide training and technical guidance to production operators
- 5 years of process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong expertise in SMT, Wave Soldering, and Mechanical Assembly
- Experience with process control methodologies (SPC, Cp, Cpk)
- Knowledge of IPC documentation and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
