What You’ll Do
As a member of our Service Desk Team, you’ll handle day-to-day IT service requests for a variety of clients, collaborating closely with teammates to provide the best solutions. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance.
- Handling tickets, chats, emails, and phone communications professionally and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, networking, and software issues.
- Documenting technical processes and solutions for installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Conducting research to answer client questions and provide solutions.
- Communicating effectively with clients, end-users, and colleagues.
