Job Overview:
Field Executive for Executive Advancement Services (EAS), you will play a crucial role in our grassroots fundraising campaigns by directly engaging with the public, raising awareness, and securing ongoing donations to support our clients. At EAS our street teams harness the power of storytelling to inspire communities to take action alongside our clients, building the people power needed to achieve meaningful change. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), making this position flexible for individuals looking for weekend work. You will be at the front lines, representing E.A.S LLC on streets, in public spaces, and at events across various communities. Your role is to inspire and recruit new supporters through one-on-one conversations, highlighting the importance of the causes we advocate for and encouraging people to commit to sustained giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Street Canvassing & Fundraising: Approach and engage with members of the public in various locations, communicating the mission and objectives of E.A.S LLC in an authentic and compelling manner.
- Achieving Daily Fundraising Targets: Meet individual and team-based fundraising goals by securing one-time and monthly donations from new supporters.
- Building Relationships with Donors: Develop rapport with potential donors, providing information about how their contributions make a tangible difference and maintaining enthusiasm in your presentations.
- Representing the Organization: Uphold the values and voice of E.A.S LLC in all interactions with the public, delivering a positive and professional image at all times.
- Collaborating with the National Team: Work closely with fellow street fundraisers, team leads, and managers to ensure the success of campaigns across multiple regions.
- Training & Development: Participate in an initial 4-day training program where you will learn essential canvassing skills, fundraising techniques, and organizational knowledge.
- Performance Development Cycle: Undergo a 7-day development period, during which your performance will be closely observed by the Executive Director to ensure you are meeting standards and targets.
