Our client is a growing company providing superior emergency property restoration services, restoring structural and personal property caused by water, fire, mold, storm, biohazard, and other conditions.
They are looking for a Business Development Specialist for the Asheville, NC area that will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales. Maintain ongoing relations with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Business Development Specialist are responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
- Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
- Business Development Specialist will reinforce relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets.
- Business Development Specialist will deliver sales presentation on a weekly basis.
- Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients.

- Daily travel is required, must be able to commute daily to customer locations and on-site projects.

- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
- Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
- Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
Requirements:
- Base salary of $65,000-$75,000
