Our client is a boutique securities and corporate finance law firm seeking Capital Markets Litigation Associate-level attorneys located in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Job Description:
Salary : $200000 - $300000
- Litigate Securities Act and Exchange Act claims, fraud and non-disclosure cases under federal and blue-sky laws, corporate governance litigation, and insider trading disputes
- Represent companies, directors, officers, banks, accountants, institutional investors, financial advisors and broker-dealers in federal and state courts
- Represent individuals in enforcement actions in industries ranging from health care and entertainment to pharmaceuticals and technology
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of securities litigation experience
