Our client is an established commercial collection agency with a loyal client base. They are looking for a well-rounded collection manager that can also assist with RFPs, sales presentations, client relations and other day-to-day activities in running a collection agency. Position is on site in Nassau County.
This is an excellent growth opportunity providing good work / life balance for a motivated Collection Manager. Base salary targeted at $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus based on performance and company profitability, so the expectation is for a 6-figure W-2.
The Collections Operations Manager is responsible for achieving collection goals, collector activity and performance, assisting with the execution of client implementations, analysis of client performance, process enhancements, compliance and other duties assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Coach collectors regarding collections policies and procedures.
- Assist collectors with difficult calls.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and other government regulations and company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Provide leadership in quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in hiring and training.
- Assist sales department with RFPs and sales presentations.
- Maintain positive client relations.
