Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
- Prepare and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and discovery demands
- Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure successful case outcomes
- Participate in court conferences and hearings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
A minimum of 1900 billable hours is expected from the selected candidate. Admission to the New York State Bar is mandatory, and we require a resume and writing sample from all applicants.
