A construction boutique firm seeking a construction litigation attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Excellent writing skills are a must, as are well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, and assisting with the drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings, as well as discovery demands.
The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills— prior appearances at court conferences and hearings are a plus.
Job Requirement :
Attorney should have significant experience with :
- Complex commercial litigation
- Complex brief writing
- Electronic discovery
- Legal research
- Preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
Candidate will maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
