* Communicate with customers and adjusters about project scopes and expectations.
* Scope, estimate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
* Build relationships with insurance professionals and customers.
* Oversee Technicians and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
* High character, integrity, and self-motivation.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to help people in distress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage budgets.
* Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
* Clean driving record and reliable car (car allowance and gas reimbursements provided).
* Prior experience in restoration, construction management, or insurance adjusting preferred. Certifications (IICRC, Lead, Mold, etc.) are a plus
