We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Executive Alliance. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality plans, procedures, and schedules to ensure optimal quality support and compliance.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with minimal oversight and supervision.
- Demonstrated capability in Inspection, Quality Control & Assurance methods, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9100 requirements.
- Knowledge and familiarity with statistical quality control techniques.
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
