Our company, Executive Alliance, is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System. This individual will be responsible for managing internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Manage internal audit processes to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze and report on company performance metrics, including on-time delivery, non-conformances, and supplier defects.
- Ensure that inspection and testing equipment meets quality control standards.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with minimal oversight and supervision.
- Demonstrated capability in Inspection, Quality Control & Assurance methods, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9100 requirements.
- Knowledge and familiarity with statistical quality control techniques.
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
