What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Executive Alliance?
Our client is a midsized Residential Solar Company looking for Sales Representatives for their Mooresville North Carolina facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Build a ‘book of business’ through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing, etc.
- Attend company-provided appointments.
- Educate customers about solar benefits to generate sales.
- Maintain an ongoing partnership with our valued customers throughout the process.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Heavy phone usage.
Requirements:
- Prior solar experience strongly preferred.
- A go-getter attitude towards sales REQUIRED.
- Comfortable utilizing the phone for all aspects of sales.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Comfortable working independently for success.
Compensation:
- Base pay of $16-$22/hr
