Shift :
2nd – 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM
The Opportunity
Our client is a very well-established, mid-sized, and privately-owned food manufacturing company and has hired us to seek out a Production Supervisor for their Reading, PA location.
This position reports to the Production Superintendent and is responsible for maintaining a positive Production environment through teamwork and employee relations to achieve production goals in both efficiency and output.
The ideal candidate will have experience :
Training and Development of employees
Production flow, including forward planning
Coordinating with other department Supervisors to reach Production goals
Implementing Standard Operating Procedure changes if necessary
GMPs, Good Housekeeping, Sanitation and Safety championing
Qualifications include :
2-3 years of manufacturing experience within a GMP Production environment
Supervisory experience
Proven track record of Training and Development
Mixing experience
