Test Engineer – Lititz, PA The OpportunityOur client, a local electronics manufacturer supplying the defense industry, has engaged us to identify a Test Engineer for their Lititz, PA location.This position reports to the engineering team leadership and is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining vendor software and tools to support automated testing systems.Other responsibilities include : Building and maintaining tools for deployment and monitoring of automated test applicationsProviding software troubleshooting support for the production floorSupporting the development of unified test data storage and retrieval from SQL databasesReading and interpreting vendor documentation to create new instrument device driversQualifications include : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 1 years of experienceProficiency in programming languages such as C, C , or Visual BasicExperience with automated test software and a scripting language like PythonFamiliarity with SCM systems (e.g., Git, TFS, or Perforce) and test instruments like oscilloscopes and multimetersAbility to obtain a government security clearance within the first 90 days The preceding is just a brief overview – contact us to find out more!
