Executive Care Home Health is seeking a bilingual, dynamic and results-driven Community liaison or marketer to join our team. Fluent in Spanish is required (spoken and written). As a leading provider of home health care services, we are dedicated to make the lives of our clients easy through compassionate and personalized care. The marketer will play a crucial role in promoting our services, establishing partnerships, and expanding our reach within the community
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations to generate referrals.
- Plan and execute outreach events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our services and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Represent Executive Care Home Health professionally at networking events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish is required, (spoken and written). Native Spanish speakers are preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.
