Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students in their learning process, providing one-on-one or small group assistance as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Assist with classroom management and discipline as directed by the teacher.
- Participate in planning and preparing instructional materials.
- Provide care for toddlers or preschool-aged children as required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to assist in lesson planning and adapt activities for diverse learning needs.
- Experience in toddler care or preschool environments is advantageous.
