The Office Assistant / Receptionist must be able to multi-task and work well with direction from multiple people. This individual will oversee daily office tasks. They will be working with Customers and Employees on a regular basis, and must have a friendly and professional demeanor. We are looking for a person who is motivated, energized and a self-starter to work for this growing company.
Essential Duties (includes, but are not limited to) :
- Assist with scheduling meetings, typing contracts / bids, etc.
- General Office Tasks (answering phones, filing, purchasing, etc.)
