Duties
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Conduct and refinishing to restore vehicles' aesthetics.
- Buff and polish surfaces to achieve a smooth finish.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to assess damage and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines clearly.
- Assist with auto restoration projects as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Handle heavy lifting of parts and equipment safely.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with auto restoration processes is a plus.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
