Our growing company is looking to add a Marketing Associate to our office in Elgin, SC, to be the go-to person for our team’s marketing management and sales coordination. This person will drive brand awareness through marketing initiatives while providing excellent customer service to help the team secure sales. Responsibilities- Utilize and implement a variety of marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and generate sales traffic.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company’s visual marketing materials.
- Responsible for managing social media platforms and keeping the company website up to date.
- Act as a marketing expert to collaborate, guide, and boost marketing activity for the team to meet ongoing sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and help guide customers through the home building/buying journey.
- Handle agent communication and assist in adjusting pricing on houses through incentives or physical changes to price.
- Annual salary range begins at $50,000 - $60,000 and is negotiable reflecting a candidate’s experience level and credentials.

- Opportunity to complete outside real estate transactions, dependent on discretion of the team’s manager.
- Be able to work onsite at the Elgin, SC office. The working schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Be adaptable to change and enjoy improving processes.
- Equal strength in collaboration and working independently.
- Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing is required. Customer service and sales experience are strongly preferred.
- Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.
- Proficiency and expertise in generating and leading marketing initiatives, with a strong preference for those who have experience doing so in the real estate industry.
- An active real estate license, or willingness to obtain one, is strongly preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
