Hours & Work Days
- Full-time with benefits, including paid vacation and holidays
- Steady, manageable workload
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM; Fridays are half days
- Work environment: Friendly, family-oriented office
- Manage company financials using QuickBooks (QB)
- Assist the owner with various projects throughout the week
- Answer phones and provide excellent client support
- Maintain and process new orders, handle invoicing, and perform general office tasks
- Run errands as needed for a small office of 6-10 employees
