Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues requiring attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
