Executive Electric of Executive Group, Inc. in Amsterdam, New York is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry and Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in QuickBooks, payroll processing, and time and attendance management, particularly in a construction-related setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain financial and employee records in QuickBooks.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Time and Attendance Management: Use Workmax or similar platforms to track employee hours and attendance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and payroll documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and accounting teams to support administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Familiarity with Workmax software is a plus.
- Prior experience in construction industry payroll is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18 – $24 (commensurate with experience)
