Bartender/Server Tiki Bar

BARTENDER/SERVER PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

We are looking for personality first! We train all of our team members from the ground up to ensure the same quality experience can be found on every visit for our guests and club members alike. Outgoing personality, ability to think on their feet, move quick and have fun while working hard is a must. The Bartenders purpose is to successfully manage all job and shift functions at the Tiki Bar & Grill. Service satisfaction, management of shift and POS system, cleanliness of the bar and area, stocking, ringing up customers, and other items the food and beverage tasks.

BARTENDER/SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Making drinks, serving drafts, collecting money, managing shift and shift reports, servicing members and customers, cleaning bar, kitchen, stocking food, tending to pool deck seating (seasonally) and the like.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires computer work, and the ability to work 4-8 hour shifts. It also requires the ability to work evenings and weekends depending on the business’ needs.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of a HS equivalent
• Bartending experience is a plus!
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred

COMPENSATION:

The Executive offers a highly competitive compensation package for bartenders which includes, a base hourly pay per hr. and or hourly bar rate and tip distribution. (Negotiable based on experience and skills) Health club membership included, (Valued at over $1,000 per year). Childcare coverage (ideal for supplemental income and offsetting the expense of daycare) and employee discounts across our collection of company’s services which include a number of offerings.
