Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring client safety.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the care team.
- Follow individual care plans and ensure all client needs are met.
- Assist with medication reminders and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, assist with mobility, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Reliable transportation.
Schedule:
- Full-time, flexible hours.
- Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts available (depending on client needs).
