Executive Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team and provide quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Cape Coral, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to provide assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to family members or supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
- CNA, HHA, or relevant certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
