This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing care and support during evening hours, ensuring clients are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for as they wind down for the night.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with dressing and personal hygiene
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort.
• Companionship
• Medication Reminders
• Observations/Monitoring/Reporting
• Light housekeeping and Laundry assistance
• Other duties as assigned in the care plan

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide
• Ability to assist with physical tasks, including lifting and mobility support.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certifications

Schedule:
Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours.
