Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) :Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication Reminders :Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
Support clients in managing their medication routines.Meal Preparation and Nutrition :Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.Companionship and Social Interaction :Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Health Monitoring :Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferredCertification in CNA .Certified with CPR; First Aid preferred.Compassionate and empathetic attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.Ability to follow the WellSky App, training and guidelines available.Successful completion of Level 2 Background check (AHCA)If you are passionate about providing personalized care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
