Executive Home Care agency is seeking a Staffing Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience. As a Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for matching clients with the appropriate Home Health Aides in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as a liaison between the Director of Business Development and Home Health aides. With the ability to follow through the process of completing an applicants onboarding.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling Home Care Aides and assist in coordinating client services.
Assignment of qualified aides to patient cases, if necessary, prompt replacement the day prior to or immediately if needed for the same day
Verify and document the HHA's schedule and availability.
Maintain accurate report (i.e., availability, coverage)
Constant communication with CHHA's to confirm and update availability.
Track and maintain weekly data on applicants and new hires.
Assist in hiring and onboarding of new applicants.
Checking references and employment verification for new employees
Ensure all new hire documentation is completed and entered system.
Working closely with office staff to ensure that clients receive consistent quality care.
Answers telephone calls, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat and professional manner.
Responding promptly and courteously to all calls.
Ensure all company policies and staffing protocols are met.
Ability to relate to clients and care staff in a way that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.
Building positive relationships with colleagues, clients, HHA and managers
Work collaboratively with team and participate in weekly scheduling meetings.
Monitor interdepartmental correspondence to ensure proper and complete follow up.
Understanding day to day operations as it relates to the coordination of patient care in a home setting.
Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, act, and facilitate resolve.
Ability to perform various computer functions, assisting with communication between departments and overall office duties.
Demonstrates a commitment to maintain a high degree of patient satisfaction and strives to work as a team player.
Review and follow up on all message in a timely manner.
Ensure all company policies and staffing protocols are met.
Respect patient and employee rights and privacy, ensure security of protected information is compliant to agency's compliance policies.
Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks and all other duties as assigned by Manager Qualifications/ Skills: Home Health Care experience STRONGLEY PERFERRED.
Knowledge of equipment: Telephone, Copy machine and fax machine.
Comfortable with computer skills and different programs
Proficient computer skills. Windows, MS Word, MS Excel etc.
Ability to remain composed, professional under pressure and excel in time management.
Innovative and creative thinking
TEAM PLAYER
Attention to detail, along with excellent organization.
Able to take direction and follow the process and protocols.
Superb customer service skills
Add and update schedules in our scheduling software (ClearCare aka Wellsky).
Compensation:
Salary range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
