Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be a team player and work with 2 to 3 other house cleaners - responsible completing tasks assigned by team lead.
- Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment
- Move reasonably small furniture as necessary

Qualifications
- Hard working, reliable, and trustworthy
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and process oriented
- Can-do attitude that is a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take instructions for team leads
- Flexible work schedule (typically 9 to 5 but can vary daily)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English - Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- Knowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones, tablets, & computers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)
- Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
- Preferred - have clean driving record with Driver's License
Skills / Requirements:
- NO relevant work experience in a domestic help / hospitality environment (house cleaning company, hotel, country club, or resort) required - on job training available
- Work safely with cleaning chemicals, handle fragile and valuable items, ensure home security (lock doors, set alarms, pet security / safety)
- Ability to work near / around cleaning chemicals, dust, pet dander and other environmental allergens / irritants
- Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move 30 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
