Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed
- Working with auto body technicians to ensure prep/priming needs
- Apply primer properly using paint gun and finish materials
- Assist in providing a flawless finish by inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive prepper/painter
- Proficiency in prepping and techniques
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in automotive painting is a plus
