The company owns and manages several properties, including the Crowne Plaza Executive Center Hotel and the Holiday Inn Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baton Rouge, LA, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, coordinating and conducting preventive maintenance, managing maintenance staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of all equipment. Daily tasks include monitoring the condition of equipment, supervising maintenance requests, and implementing maintenance management policies.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
