Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and strong technical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows-based environments , be comfortable working independently and collaboratively , and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting end-users with technical issues.
• Provide immediate response and resolution for all support tickets.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) software.
• Track incoming support emails and ensure timely ticket creation.
• Review and verify backup agents for successful completion; create and resolve tickets as needed.
• Contact clients regarding backup failures or offline workstations.
• Perform daily follow-ups on open support tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage and deploy Windows and driver updates for workstations and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment.
• Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed.
