Warehouse/Delivery Specialist

Executive Image Solutions is growing! With over 30 years servicing Central PA, EIS has become one of the largest office equipment and IT solutions suppliers in the area. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, efficient, and dependable full-time Warehouse/Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a commitment to timely execution. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, delivering equipment promptly, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This position reports directly to the Vice President.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse to ensure quick and accurate order fulfillment.
• Set up and deliver equipment on schedule with precision and care.
• Receive, inspect, and log daily deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records and inventory tracking.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and warehouse management.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Mechanical background is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license required.
