Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze propositions, strategic alignment, cost-benefit, and risk factors to support agencies in decision-making.
- Work closely with Product Managers to define product approaches that meet user needs.
- Identify skill requirements and map internal, agency, and external resources, including partners and specialist contractors.
- Ensure budget availability for proposed projects, resource requirements, and ongoing operational costs.
- Assess risks associated with digital product strategies and propose mitigation solutions.
- Define measurable user and financial benefits to track channel shifts and cost reductions.
- Provide recommendations based on comprehensive analysis and research.
- Ensure processes and services comply with technical, operational, and legal standards.
- Conduct requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Develop and implement methodologies for multiple complex projects, improving risk mitigation and process efficiency.
