This role involves conducting surveys, analyzing customer feedback, and generating insights that drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points, recommend process enhancements, and ensure customer-centric strategies are embedded within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback from both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Develop comprehensive reports that present actionable insights to program and project management teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance data collection methods and customer experience.
- Collaborate with service designers, data engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts for holistic analysis.
- Integrate customer data insights into business strategies to promote operational rigor and continuous improvement.
