As we expand in North America, we seek a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Houston to help clients maximize the value of our platform and services.

As a Customer Success Manager – North America, you will drive onboarding, engagement, and retention, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Your mission is to help customers achieve their business goals using our powerful platform. If you excel in customer success, account management, or maritime operations—and thrive in a dynamic, global environment—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
✔ 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in maritime, SaaS, or fintech.
✔ Industry knowledge of port cost management, disbursement accounting, or maritime operations is a plus.
✔ Proven relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
✔ Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
✔ Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates globally.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
