Purpose of Position
Responsible for development and revision of FAA and/or company documents essential to the safety and regulatory compliance of the organization.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain FAA and/or company manuals including but not limited to, Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs (CAMP), or other documents required for the safety and regulatory compliance of the organization
- Administration of internal document management solution Comply365 to efficiently and effectively disseminate information to users
- Development, distribution, and auditing of FAA required Passenger Briefing Cards
- Represent the organization as the liaison to the assigned Cincinnati FSDO Inspectors

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with Comply365 preferred, not required
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory, advisory, and reference materials
- Previous technical writing experience
- FAA Airmen Certificate(s) - (preferred, not required)
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) - (preferred, not required)
