Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals and improve closing techniques
- Manage daily showroom operations and maintain expert product knowledge
- Appraise vehicles and handle dealer trades
- Hire, train, and motivate the New and Used Sales Teams, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve performance
- Conduct daily and weekly training meetings
- Oversee CRM processes and ensure proper follow-up with all leads
- Develop and monitor delivery procedures and ensure smooth hand-offs to service
- Help meet and exceed dealership and OEM sales goals and financial targets
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in building, training, and leading successful sales teams
- Strong CSI scores and consistent performance in achieving gross and net departmental profits
- Experience with BDC management and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and traditional advertising
- Background in used vehicle purchasing, merchandising, and marketing
- Ability to effectively manage desk managers and improve F&I income through coaching
