Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a knowledge of landscape installs. As a Crew Leader, you will supervise a crew, ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various tasks related to landscape installs and irrigation systems.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team in landscape activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Oversee the execution of services.
- Coordinate the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Train new team members on best practices.
- Communicate effectively with builders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, lawn care practices, and irrigation systems is essential.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
