We’re looking for a Crewman – Maintenance to help maintain and install landscape projects in Oxford, CT. This role involves ensuring quality work, following safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction in outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety policies and maintain quality standards.
- Work efficiently to complete tasks within budgeted hours.
- Perform equipment maintenance and landscape inspections.
- Safely use tools and equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through learning and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Landscaping experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50lbs.
