If you excel in installation of plant materials, grading, mulching, and leading a crew, we need you. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team At Executive Landscaping (EL), we take great pride in delivering on our company promises to build strong client relationships and protect our brand. To accomplish this goal, we utilize a team structure and approach where Production Manager, Foreman, and Crewman work together to ensure that we deliver a quality product in the most efficient and safe manner possible. You have one of the most important positions at our company. It is your responsibility to make our accounts beautiful and satisfy our customers in a safe, professional, and productive manner. As a crewman with Executive Landscaping, you will ensure you are completing tasks safely, efficiently, and at the both the client and EL standard of quality. Tasks will include installation of construction projects such as planting, lighting, drainage, hardscape, and irrigation installation.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Safety - Ensure that all safety policies of the company, client, and manufacturer are always enforced.
• Quality – Work with crews to ensure that both the Client and EL standard of quality is maintained.
• Efficiency – Utilizing budget, work with Production or Operations Manager to efficiently perform the task within hours budgeted.
• End of Day Prep & Morning Dispatch- Ensure equipment preventive maintenance performed and supplies restocked.
• Visually inspect landscape for issues with turf, trees, plants, irrigation, i.e. ‘Foundation Out’
• Knowledgeable on safe use of hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Continuous Improvement – In your role learn from your peers and seek educational industry seminars.
• Uphold Company Standards. i.e. Uniforms, Fleet, Equipment, Facility maintenance.

What we offer:

• $17-20 an hour depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in landscaping or related field preferred.

· Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and equipment operation.

· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Licenses and Certification:

· Any relevant licenses or certifications related to landscaping preferred but not required

Work conditions:

· Outdoor work environment, subject to varying weather conditions.

· Physical demands including bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs
