Duties
- Manage office operations, including vendor management and supply procurement.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Lead team management efforts, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Maintain phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong skills in vendor management and training development.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is desirable.
- Ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
