We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Foreman – Maintenance to lead a landscape maintenance team in Oxford, CT. The Foreman will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring all projects meet company and client standards. This role involves managing crew operations, planning daily tasks, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety policies and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize crew schedules and tasks.
- Supervise crew, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and inspect job sites.
- Manage client onboarding and job start-up procedures.
- Lead crew training and development.
Key Requirements:
- Leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to read maintenance documents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Relevant certifications in construction or landscaping a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions and physical demands.
