Executive Landscaping is seeking a Work Order Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage smaller construction projects, and lead a dedicated team to success. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee a crew of landscapers and construction workers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect completed work to ensure it meets client specifications and our high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Supervise smaller construction projects and extra work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Interaction: Act as the point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Team Development: Foster a positive work culture by mentoring and motivating your team, while continuously improving processes and practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress and any changes to project scope, reporting to the Work Order Division Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in landscaping, construction, or a similar field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction practices, and landscaping techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
- Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver’s license with a clean record; relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid/CPR are a plus.

- Safety: Zero safety incidents or lost time.
- Quality: Positive client feedback and successful audits.

Work Conditions:
